The parcel formation period usually takes 5-7 working days. This period allows us to collect all the necessary goods and ensure their proper packaging to preserve freshness. We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but without sacrificing the quality and freshness of the products.
Once the picking period has passed, your package will be prepared for delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

- We offer three ways to deliver your chosen product from Japan: courier Express Mail EMS and Air Delivery. EMS is the most reliable and fastest delivery option. It is possible to track the delivery process by number. Delivery time is 4-10 days depending on the region.
Air - cheaper than EMS, but slower. Term 2-3 weeks. Suitable for orders up to 2 kg. If the weight of the order exceeds 2 kg, then you can split the order into several parcels (up to 2 kg). - Added a new type of delivery! Surface mail - by sea. This type of delivery has advantages, you can send parcels up to 20 kg and the cost of delivery is reduced.
- The calculation of the cost of delivery on our website is done automatically. Before you finally place your order, you will be able to see the cost of all EMS and AIRMAIL delivery options.
- Attention! When returning a parcel due to it not being claimed by the post office, the buyer must pay for the parcel again.

When shipping a parcel internationally, in addition to the shipping cost, there are often additional costs in the form of customs duties, which are set by the destination country. Knowing the rules and procedures, as well as properly preparing to pay these duties, will help avoid delays or additional costs.
If the parcel is returned to our office in Japan due to a customer-caused reason ( (failure to pass customs procedures, incorrect address, failure to pay customs duties), we will resend the parcel, but the customer will have to pay the full shipping cost. We will contact the customer as soon as we receive the parcel.
Each country has its own rules and procedures. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may apply.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in delivery delays, additional fines, or even confiscation of your package.
