Oxidant 3% is used:
1. Tone-on-tone or darker coloring
2. Lighten up to 1 tone level

5. Neutralization of unwanted shades and lightening backgrounds
6. To obtain Oxidant 4.5%
Oxidant 4.5% (obtained by mixing 3% and 6% oxidizing agents in a 1:1 ratio) is used:
