The coenzyme Q10 contained is enclosed in a shell of cyclodextrin, which is an oligosaccharide. The inner side of cyclodextrin is fat soluble, like CoQ10, and the outer side is water soluble, allowing for three times better absorption into the body (according to DHC). Also contains vitamin C.
